1. Returns
You have 7-10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- All tags, labels, and accessories are still attached and intact.
- The item is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@proworker-tools.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
